30hr free entitlements for working parents will operate;

Monday-Friday between 9-3pm,
Term time only (38 weeks of the year).
Starting anytime the term after they turn 9 months old, up until their 5 th birthday.
Parents will need to register with us the term prior to wanting to start their funded place; ready toenrol and start before school census day at the start of each term.

Any additional hours are chargeable, at the rates below and subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please

15hr free entitlements for 2yr children (Time to Start) and Nursery age children, for parents not
entitled to working parent funding, sessions will operate;

Additional hours; Bookings
1. All bookings for additional hours and payments should be made in advance, by the Thursday prior to
sessions being taken. Payments for sessions following a school holiday need to be booked and paid for
by the Thursday before we break up.
2. Payments can be made on a weekly, monthly or half termly basis.
3. Additional hours cannot be guaranteed until payments are made,
4. Payment can be made preferable by bank transfer, confirmed with a ‘booking email’. (sorry we cannot
accept debit cards).
5. Additional hours places will not be held unless they are pre-booked and paid for in advance.
6. You will need to give at least two week’s notice, in writing, if you no longer require the additional hours
or wish to reduce them.

Cost of additional sessions
Sessions are calculated at £6.50 per hour, therefore;
In addition to the 30hr Entitlement,

Breakfast Club (including breakfast) 8:00-9:00am £6;50 per day
Afterschool session 3:00-4:00pm £6:50 per day

These sessions can be agreed as and when needed, one week prior.

In addition to 15hours entitlements, depending on capacity;

Lunch Club 11:30-12:30 £6.50
Morning session 8:30-11:30am £19:50
Afternoon session 12:30-3:30pm £19:50

Absence
7. Please notify us on 01922 721066, if your child is going to be absent.
8. If your child is absent due to illness, fees are non-refundable or transferrable. Fees will still need to
be paid for in advance in order to keep your child’s additional hour place.
9. If your child is absent due to taking a holiday, fees are non-refundable or transferrable. Fees will still
need to be paid for in advance in order to keep your child’s additional hour place.

Late Collection of children
10. There will be a charge for any children who are not collected by the agreed time. The charges are
made on an increasing scale to offset staffing costs incurred. Any child not collected requires the
presence of 2 staff therefore the charges would be as follows:-
Up to 10-15 minutes £5.00 From 15 minutes to 30 minutes £10.00
From 30 minutes to 1 hour £20.00 From 1 hour £40.00

Overdue / late payments
Unpaid, overdue and frequent late payments will put your child’s additional hours place at risk. We endeavour to
offer affordable fees, therefore we aim to keep our administration time very low. If we are required to remind
or regularly chase fees, this may result in the offer of additional hours being withdrawn. If your financial
circumstances change, please speak to a member of staff so that we can help, where we can.
